SHIPPING + TRUCKING

We want you to receive your items as quickly and safely as possible. If you have any questions or special requests, please call the Gallery at 216-245-6706 M-F 9-5

Shipping (& truck service) is not included in the purchase price. Third party shipping is provided by the UPS store #0226; phone 1-440-461-5605,  email store0226@theupsstore.com. Shipping is provided in order of payment received. Obtaining shipping (or truck delivery) quotes prior to bidding is recommended. Once your lot/s are packed and cost calculated, the UPS Store will phone you with your total and a request for payment. The mailing address on your invoice will be used unless otherwise notified-please update your shipping instructions prior to checkout. After you’ve paid for your shipping, you will receive an email  with your tracking number. Shipping will include insurance unless you notify the gallery or shipper that you don’t want/need it-please advise in advance- otherwise this may delay your shipping. The auction gallery also provides in-house shipping for more difficult or special items. Please call the gallery with any special requests. Any unpaid packages that have been sitting for an unreasonable period of time as determined by the Gallery, may be moved offsite to a storage facility and the cost of the move & storage will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend truck delivery for large, heavy items and furniture. After the auction we’ll contact the bidders who purchased furniture and provide a list of transporters for hire-it is the buyers responsibility to make delivery arrangements. If you’ve haven’t heard from us with this list, please give us a call.  Gallery staff can not help drivers to load their trucks-please make sure your driver understands they need to have their own help, materials and to schedule the pick up during normal business hours Mon-Fri. (We’ve been getting a lot of part-time U-Ship/U-Bid haulers who are not professional movers,  arriving alone and unprepared. We help as much as possible but frankly it’s not our job to load their trucks and we physically just can’t do it!).  Any furniture left in the gallery beyond a reasonable period determined by the Gallery, may be moved offsite to a storage facility and the cost of the move & storage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
