APPRAISALS

For a formal written appraisal for estate planning, insurance or tax purposes, please contact our Appraisal Services specialist Bridget McWilliams at bridget@neueauctions.com. Charges for formal written appraisals are based on our experts’ time. We are accredited and follow the Uniform Standard of Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

VALUATIONS

If you are considering selling your property at auction & do not require a formal written appraisal, Neue Auctions provides free & confidential auction estimates & valuations of items. ESTATES + TRUSTS

We assist fiduciaries, executors and beneficiaries throughout the United States for the valuation and disposition of personal property assets. We are able to assist with estate tax, family division, insurance and collateral loans; the development of sale and marketing plans for auction and private sale; and consignment management. Neue Auctions will act as your primary contact through every stage of the process, from the initial visit through the settlement of each item with the utmost discretion.

This is a great time to sell your collections and treasures. Start by emailing us pictures & brief descriptions your items for a free auction evaluation.
After your items have been approved for consignment, we will assit you with a pick up by one of our staff or our mover.
One more thing-insurance is on the house from the moment we pick up until it’s sold.

If you expect authenticity, honesty & integrity you’ve found the right auction house. We provide complimentary auction estimates based on sales data and auction records. Should you inquire about something we don’t handle, you will be referred to another professional in our close network. Neue can assist with a private sale to one of our many world-wide dealers, collectors or curators.
